In consideration of the possible inclusion of the media and materials I submitted to Yale-NUS College (“College”) in the College’s Digital Archives and/or Legacy Projects, I agree with the National University of Singapore (“NUS”), acting through the College:

1. To grant to the College and NUS a licence, in perpetuity and royalty-free, to publish, collect, collate, incorporate, distribute, reproduce, modify, transmit, display or otherwise use in any manner my Material (as defined below) for the College’s and NUS’ purposes.
2. To permit the College and NUS to transfer or assign such licence in any way they deem fit, including but not limited to such transfer or assignment to Yale University or other third parties for archival or historical purposes.
3. I agree to the disclosing of my Material to third parties, whether in Singapore or elsewhere. I understand that my Material may contain, and consent to the disclosure of, my name, image, likeness and/or voice. I further give consent to the College, NUS and/or Yale University to make accessible my Material to the public, whether in audio, visual, physical or digital form (including but not limited as part of virtual heritage spaces).
4. I confirm that I have sole and exclusive rights in my Material to grant the above rights, permissions and consents.
5. “Material” in this agreement shall mean all media or material in any form (including but not limited to documents, publications, illustrations, photographs, videos, audio files, and other materials or ephemera, whether in audio, visual, physical or digital format) submitted by me to the College in the course of or in connection with my academic or professional experience in the College, whether prior, on or after the date of this agreement.
6. I have read and agree to the College Legacy Projects’ Terms of Use.
7. This agreement supplements and does not supersede any previous consents or agreements I may have entered previously in respect of my Material, save that in the event that any terms of such previous consents or agreements conflict with the terms of this agreement, the terms of this agreement shall prevail.
